Origin story

Built from the operator's chair.

Altus Labs was born from helping companies extract real value from new technology. As a founder and senior operator, Eli spent a decade building scale-ups to exit, incubating new ventures from zero, and helping enterprise companies adopt AI use cases that actually moved the business.

Across all of it, he kept seeing the same pattern: teams betting big on AI and coming up short. Not because the technology wasn't ready, but because they were missing a fundamental approach. They started tech-first instead of value-first, and skipped the foundations that let AI compound.

Altus Labs exists to close that gap. We start from the business outcome, build on the right foundations, and stay until the AI is delivering value you can measure.

How we move from idea to impact

Find where AI can meaningfully move the needle.

Start from your KPIs and bottlenecks, then prioritize the use cases worth pursuing first.

Build the foundations and context it needs to compound.

Audit and shore up your data and knowledge, then build the integrations and orchestration that sit beneath the AI.

Ship and iterate until the value is lasting.

Deliver battle-hardened use cases into your product, customer, and growth operations.

Founder, CEO

A decade inside B2B scale-ups, fintech, and consulting taught him to read where new technology can actually move a business and where it can't. He brings that judgment to the AI build at Altus Labs.

What you can expect

We keep the process light and the momentum high, without the ceremony.
